Earlier today I was having a conversation with my wife about a circumstance that we did not know what to do. We tried to reason it out but everything pointed to a conclusion that we did not want. Why do we do what we do? We live for God and love God because He loved us first. Jesus died on the cross for our sins. It seems rough sometimes, but what if you had to be punished everytime you sinned? What if someone stepped in and said "I'll take it", wouldn't that be amazing? That is what Jesus did. He lived a perfect, sin free life, and Said I will die for you. He lived perfect for us so that He could take our sin. That is why we do what we do.
