Pastor Walters was a Spirit filled, King James Bible, down in the trenches, get your hands dirty, lead by example follower of Christ. He did nothing without prayer and the leading of the Holy Ghost. Pastor Walters always gave all glory to God the Father through His son Jesus Christ. He trained his son up to be the same way, and left the church in capable hands through the leading of Jesus Christ.

Pastor Luke previously worked side by side with his father & VTC founder Rev. Lonnie R. Walters as Associate Pastor for 13yrs. Since his fathers passing in 2015 he now proudly carries the lead pastor role along with his wife Carolynne and their two boys. Together they strive to uphold all the standards VTC was founded on while showing as many people as possible the unconditional love of God.
